Fran Mubrin is the creative force behind some of the most complex digital brands in Croatia. Leading a 30+ strong crew of designers, copywriters, producers, and animators, he turns creative chaos into award‑winning realities for clients who dare to play.
Based in Zagreb, he’s Executive Creative Director at 404 and a partner in MYTY Group. Two-time Croatia Young Lions Grand Prix winner, he took Croatia to Cannes twice.
Off the clock, he launched the MOP Festival in 2012, a decade-long celebration of local creative community, networking, and cultural exchange. He’s also ⅕ of IxDA Croatia, pushing interaction design forward and challenging the next wave of designers to not play it safe.
At FAILED, Fran comes to redefine failure in the creative industry, and show that what looks like failure is often just success waiting to be understood.
